Strawberry season. Four weeks at most. Four weeks to put enough by to last the year. We are behind, having made 12 jars so far. And eaten 3. Must make more, with the goal being to have enough to last until next May/June. Because it is fantastic on so many things..that come from Sybil..the Jersey cow..
