Why do we can? Because the strawberry season is about 4 weeks. And we put strawberries and a scant amount of organic sugar together in a pot, cook them for a bit to thicken, then into jars and a water bath for tightening the seals.

A few weeks ago we canned 12. 3 have been eaten with yogurt made from Sybil's milk. We need more..
