No more spurting spigots. One day the chicks were sprayed by a small stream of water all day long. That just cannot be..chicks are better of dry. Time to fasten the bank of manifolds to the wall, anchor every single piece, and reinforce every connection to prevent leaks. The result is water where it is supposed to be, not wasted spraying thin streams in the air.
Almost time to reattach the rain gutters and rain barrels. They are removed from the hoophouse during times of extreme cold..pretty soon the weather will be warm enough to use rain water again. Without damaging the connectors, gutters and barrels with heaving from frozen water.
