winter lettuce

Seeds go into the ground on a regular, almost weekly basis. Some go inside the hoophouse, but right now there are still lots of tomatoes in there. So winter crops are going in, sprouting and growing under floating row covers. We love lettuce and our CSA continues for another 6 weeks..and lettuce is crisp and beautiful at this time of year.
